Ever thought about how you could become more resilient, and thrive under pressure? Today we caught up with Dr Mustafa Sarkar, who I met at Loughborugh doing my masters in sports psychology. He is a Senior Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Nottingham Trent University, and a specialist in the psychology or resilience. This spans both sport and business so real practical implications for everyone listening.
