My fitness journey started as the guy on the left of this picture, a typical Endomorph. Sitting at around 16 stone, I was fairly obese after attempting to Fulk (fat bulk) in my late teens which as you can see was pretty successful. I spent a good proportion of my early fitness years spinning my wheels with fad diets, extreme training methods and complex protocols often gleaned from reputable fitness websites which promised the world and delivered nothing except a link to the next ‘amazing supplement’. Through much trial and error I been able to identify the simple, sustainable and practical tools & techniques required to not only lose fat or gain muscle but to maintain this whilst working as a full time busy professional.
