Hey Everyone!

We want to make sure everyone who we communicate with on a regular basis has a training program. We’ve put together these gym based templates for people to use completely free because we want our community to succeed. We’ve kept it really simple and designed a 3 or 4 day program that gives you a choice of movements and exercises, whilst giving you rep ranges to aim for each week.
